Sarah runs flute ensembles, arranges music and takes sectional rehearsals for the schools and is an active member of each department. Sarah also teaches privately at her two teaching studios in Hertfordshire including flute, piano, theory and coaching ABRSM exam technique and preparation across all instruments and grades.

Sarah studied for her undergraduate degree at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with Judith Hall and then carried on her studies at Trinity Laban with Anna Noakes, where she achieved a distinction for her Masters degree. Whilst at both institutions, Sarah took part in ensembles, orchestras, master classes and competitions as well as tours and concerts in many different countries.
